The Prestige Windgates Project Status is now in the pre-launch stage, and work will begin soon after launch. Its boundary wall, entrance and exit gates are built. The roads will be built soon, and the streets are being installed.

The site is set to launch on 2nd October, 2026, and site work will start on 20th October, 2026. At this stage, bookings are open through the EOI process, ahead of the launch.
